How to Use
1. For Daily Wellness (Kesar Milk)
- Soak 3–4 saffron strands in 1 tablespoon of warm milk or water for 15–20 minutes.
- Add it to a glass of warm milk and drink at bedtime or early morning on an empty stomach.
2. In Cooking
- Add soaked saffron to rice dishes like biryani, pulao, or kheer to enhance taste, aroma, and color.
